The Civil Society Forum took place in Bratislava, on Septeber 16-18, 2009, engaging 250 people, with the parallel Social Innovation Camp CEE bringing another 70 from the CEE region and beyond. The organizers collected all relevant conference materials on a website, including written and visual materials produced, pieces of the live reporting from the Forum in Bratislava, some of the background research as well as the best submissions for the civil society contest.

The Right to Education Project aims to promote social mobilization and legal accountability, looking to focus on the legal challenges to the right to education. The cornerstone of the Project is this wide-reaching website on education rights. The site provides information on a wide range of topics, including and overview of the right to education, violations, excluded and vulnerable groups, education financing, social mobilization and legal route, at the local and national level, some at the regional and international level. In addition, the country database is a unique resource documenting the constitutional protection (or lack of) of the right to education in all 192 countries.
